[BC] Matching jobs and engineers

IF you go to the Radio test/repair shop they 
should have RF board repair tech's.
not the flight line BOX changers ( cant use Black Box. not PC any more >:-} )
And station air to ground com center should have Transmitter tech's.
Can you say NO ATC Com or ground control
