Not true, Cowboy! At least, not in Texas! I have the actual transcript in
which the court instructed a jury:

"That FCC license is federal and Texas does not recognize that as being any
valid right to anything at all. You, as a Texas jury, are instructed to look
upon the FCC license as though it were a forgery and, in our determination,
it is exactly that. It (the FCC license) is to be treated as though it is a
forged document and, as the judge has earlier instructed you, since it was
not issued by a recognized Texas Sate agency, the FCC license does not exist
as a valid document so far as The Great state of Texas is concerned and you
are hereby instructed to look upon that license as a forged document with no
validity whatsoever".

No exaggerations, here! It's one of the reasons I've saidal along that those
crooks can do this again, by precedent!
