[BC] More is not less

I remember how astounded I was listening to a station when I was 
engineering for KOPN-FM, Columbia, Missouri years ago.

I was traveling down I 70 and happened to hear some booze ads on a 
station.  I think it was a station in Fulton that was not a member of 
the NAB.  In fact I stopped at the store in the ad and bought a case 
of beer because it was on sale!
