How about the announcer saying a just convicted felon "will spend the 
next 25 years in Jail". No felon will spend that time in a county 
jail after conviction.  Most certainly they go to a State or Federal 
PRISON.  Or how about the telemarketing ads that say "operators are 
standing by".  Did you ever see a TV ad showing such operators 
standing, they always are shown seated at a desk.
