[BC] AM HD power levels

On the RCA now retired and sleeping at WKDK, the modulator tubes would last almost a year at first, and then when Eimac got bad, less. The Amperex ones we used would do 9 months and then drop off a cliff. The tubes in the RF part lasted a really long time. At a hamfest Ray the CE some years back got some really REALLY old NOS Eimac tubes. They lasted almost 2 years in modulator service before gettting weak. Now we have a BE AM1a and it just purrs along.
