I see that Burt. LISTENING involves not only the ability to receive and
comfortably decode, but also accepting the content as desirable. I wanted
to make a distinction about how a signal may be recievable, but
unlistenable due to other non-content related artifacts.
BTW..some of the quoted content attributed to me was by someone else.
