[BC] Died Suddenly

Driving through Southern Tennessee a few years ago,  a home-town 
small-town radio station broadcast the obits for the day.  One 
included this line.   "Mr. Smith died suddenly.... following a 
self-inflicted gun-shot wound."

 > I remember many years ago when there was a
 > monster accident on one of the freeways.
 > The news pronouncer stated that, "five people
 > were killed, some fatally".
