[BC] 5 killed - some fatally...

Like I was told by my Program Director when I was a Morning Guy, PRESENCE OF
MIND.  He yelled that every time I made those type of mistakes.  They just
need someone that is actually listening and correcting them.  Most bosses
are to busy doing "scientific market research".
