"precise exactness" refers to the attention to
precision of a quantity. What value of Pi is of
sufficient "precise exactness"? I use the value
3.141592653589793 in my computer programs.
Is that of sufficient resolution? Exact enough
for my needs?
While it may be "5AM in the morning" at your
location, "5AM in the morning" may very well
be "5PM in the afternoon" elsewhere on Earth.
Recall that CNN is a worldwide service and the
times vary according to location.

afternoon?
