I considered that Chip.  But with CSU/DSU's and such not being 
cheaper than simple analog for such a short hop, it would be wasted 
money and subject to surge problems.  Plus, you need two pairs anyway 
unless you have a HDSL2 circuit.

Analog coupled with a xformer is as simple as one can get.
