Never seen a 250 kW RF arc, but I have seen (and HEARD) my share of 50 kW arcs.  2 inch strap with a perfectly round hole blown in it, the back side had a copper streak where the metal had run down the strap and solidified.  The plywood panes was burned completely away; 1-1/2 inches from where the wood was gone, the paint wasn't even charred.  RF fires get HOT.
