[BC] Transmitter Safety

Several years ago I put two Nautel XL 12 transmitters in service.  They 
had keyed disconnects mounted next to the Nautel surge suppressor.  Two 
keys, lock the switch to off and then that key could be used to open the 
rear cabinets.  I think that may be an option now on their AM's.  I just 
love that feature.
