[BC] Transmitter Safety

Ya know, one can NEVER be too safe. YOU, and ONLY YOU are the ONLY one
who can guarantee your safety. Granted manufactures install interlocks
and other devices to protect YOU, but they can and will fail at times.
Back in the real world of high power HF transmitting, both Collins and
Brown Boverie (?) spent a lot of time making the transmitters as
difficult to get into as they could, when the power AC power was on.

Never, NEVER, NEVER trust interlocks. I have seen them fail and when
you pop a door open with 18Kv inside, it really gets your attention.
Thankfully, I have never been hit on these rigs.

Same with the RF side of things. Y'all ever see a 250kW arc? They talk,
like a plasma speaker. I could see them at night, and hear them up to a
quarter mile away. Oh yes, God does in fact speak Spanish.
