Or, figure it this way - a .wav file runs about 10 MB/minute; an MP3 
(depending on sample and bitrates); roughly 3-4 MB/minute.  CDs will 
hold an hour of .wav audio (I like to compare a CD to a 2400-foot 
reel of tape, which helps me remember the capacity relative to that - 
2400' at 7.5ips = 1 CD.)  The difference is - if your files are mono, 
you can about double that - think half-track; flip the tape <G>  - 
saving MP3s to CD-R is like flipping the tape on a quarter-track deck.....
