[BC] Transmitter Safety

I think I recall the incident you're referring to.. because it happened
right here at WABV!

A Wake up call? You were jumping around like a Mexican  jumping bean and
using 4, 5 and 6 letter words that would make even a Sailor or Marine blush.

Shoot, folks, that even scared ME. I asked Bill if he wanted me to call 911
or something.

I even got a shock last week while removing the fuse from our Gates BC1H
when my hand brushed against the contactor. I had the transmitter off, but
not the breaker and there was still some energy in there, which my hand then
dishcarged.

Be careful out there!
