[BC] Transmitter Safety

You can talk about rules and laws all you want.  Today's reality (in radio at least) is the trend of one Engineer for a how many station cluster. You almost always end up working on a transmitter alone.
 
We joked about the labels in the books and on the transmitters themselves...
"Do not work on this equipment when tired or alone"
OK.. when don't you fit one of those conditions? Rarely.
Following that guidline, the transmitter would never get repaired.
