Compared to the sales staff at the big box stores I've visited (Best 
Buy, Circuit City, etc.) Ratshack employees are at the head of the 
class.  Granted, that's not saying much, but there are some who at 
least know the difference between an F-connector and a wall 
wart.  I've never run into anyone at a big box electronics store who 
had a clue.
