[BC] FM allotment finder

Well... that's pretty cool! Interesting how stations that are over 200Km away 
are still listed as being reasons for exclusion, when there is a station less 
than 10Km away! Anyway...

I punched in at least a half dozen cities/towns within 30 miles of my home... 
all came up as "...cannot be used for an allotment on ANY FM channel..." and 
there were as many as a *dozen* stations listed on several of the channels! 
Amazing. (I'll betcha that at least 50% of them are playing "Top 40" too!)

Is this scanning for everything from 10 watt LPFM on up? I presume it is.
