[BC] looking for language software

Making a copy would be both morally and legally wrong.  My Mother  
taught me that stealing was wrong before I even went to Kindergarten,  
and that was a LONG time ago.

Having written that, have him check out his local library.  MANY  
libraries have it on-line.
