[BC] Bob Bittner Buys A Radio Station

The number is NOT missing a Zero, oddly enough. There are apparently 
circumstances which necessitated such a low price.

Bob won't be selling WJTO, and WWBK will be run from the WJTO 
facility in West Bath, ME. WJTO has Pre Sunrise, Post Sunset Power 
and I think it has "PLAN" for miniscule night power.
