If Freeport and Lindenwood are not in the same LATA (which I suspect 
they are if my map is still accurate), a T-1 from AT&T might do the 
job very cost effectively.

Get me the full phone numbers at the locations and I'll run them by 
my rep to see what they might be able to offer.  Also, check with 
your telcom people to see what they might have access to.  You'd be 
really surprised at what large users like major universities can 
swing with the telcos.

As we discussed, OTA reception at that distance and spacing is dicey 
at best.  And public internet would scare me.  Even an a rural area 
like Lindenwood and Freeport because that datastream likely would go 
to Rockford's hub before going to Freeport.
