New opportunity for fines; IRS collections must be down this year. You  
need to go through your public file and replace your copy of the  
Public and Broadcasting with the new, revised, April 2008 edition.

FCC issued yesterday a new version of the "Public and Broadcasting."   
Which we must download, print, and stick in the public file.  Archival  
quality paper recommended to cut down the risk of spontaneous  
combustion as all that meaningless paper decays in peace.

Gee, I remember when the Commission would print their own copies and  
send them to you.  This masterpiece actually has one benefit: it's  
been written by the legal stiffs, err, staff, at the Commission.   
Hence it has a very high MEGO factor. Also deals mostly with TV issues.

A question I've been meaning to ask is where does the Food Network  
keep their public file.  And do they have any good recipes in there?
