If you are using the internet via DSL, use the APT Codec. You will need to
use some compression as most DSL lines will not reliably handle full
uncompressed audio in the upstream. APT will deliver the highest quality
compressed audio with the least amount of delay. You can also get models
that will work over alternate paths or types of interfaces to increase the
reliability.
