The cheapest way is to use a notch-filter, a pair of receiving
antennas, and your rebroadcast receiver.

You put up two identical receiving antennas and connect
them with a splitter. Hook a spectrum analyzer to the
combined output and adjust the spacing of the two antennas
to attenuate your interfering station. It can be attenuated
about 20dB or more. Then, use a decent notch filter to
null out anything remaining that prevents your receiver
from fully capturing the signal to be rebroadcast. I have
used such a setup at the transmitter site where a station
that was on the first adjacency was to be rebroadcast.
A pair of receiving antennas works very well.

The cost is borne only once.

We can get a D

impossible.
