The store-and-forward function isn't new. The Starguides from 
Premiere had it. That's why you had to dedicate the receiver and have 
it constantly tuned to the Premiere transponder. It also required a 
dedicated phone line to phone home with an electronic affidavit. If 
you tuned away you'd miss the spots and either have dead air or the 
spot in the network live feed.
