 Note that it's actually Rivendell 1.0.0rc0 which may become 1.0.0.

 SuSE is NOT a requirement.
 There are packages for several OS, and if you compile from source
 on your box, then the OS is irrelevant, as long as it's based
 on the Linux kernel.

 The code is Open Source ( free as in speech and beer ) but turn-key
 systems and paid support are available from Paravel for those that
 prefer a commercially supported system.
