Believe it or not... there's a freebie that actually works.  From what I was
told... it's written by a bunch of 'radio people' who were sick of the
gobbledy gook from the corporate side of the glass.

   FWIW, I pulled in a copy of it and have played with it a bit.  I have one
weekender with a preproduced program that runs it on his own equipment...
comes in, plugs the audio outputs into a place or two we've provided...

   It handles the song rotation, the scheduling, liners, etc.  with several
audio outputs and sounds ok on the air  (he DID buy decent sound cards.)

   If you want to play with it, just to see, it's called ZARA.
Comes in a handful of spoken languages (english, spanish, etc.)
