Mike McCarthy Towers at mre.com

My biggest worry would not be the buildings as many codes in that
area have been updated to require factoring seismic activity in the
design of the building. Especially commercial buildings. The New
Madrid Fault is more lateral moving than sublimating as the 1812
quake would indicate by the redirection of the Mississippi River and
creation of Horseshoe Lake, which is one of the few places Missouri
has land EAST of the river.

It would be the towers which I'd be more worried. Unless the tower
was designed to Rev. F. or G AND incorporated seismic design factors,
a TALL guyed tower (relative to height/width) will likely develop
serious and potentially catastrophic standing waves along it's length
and/or guy lines. Especially if the quake was a rolling vertical event.

Self supporters are by no means immune either. Tall slender
self-supporters would likely loose the top most section due to
whipping if the quake was a lateral movement or rolling type
event But the lower sections would likely remain standing as due to
their rigidity and lower center of gravity. That said, designing and
building a STL tower in that area should be done with care
considering the proximity to people in the studio. Rev G alone will
not be enough...
