[BC] Gates BC1H Repairs Have Been Made!

As of 2AM, the Gates BC1H is back up and functional.

Bill, my Chief Engineer, replaced the 807's with 5933's. Both bridges were
good.

We're back up at 1000 Watts and 125 percent modulation!
