[BC] Some Snow Cat .... Low? Yes!

I used to frequent Wolf Creek Pass often in my SW Colorado days...and  
would always think of C.W. driving down the mountain headed west into  
Pagogo.

Wolf Creek always felt safer to me in the winter.  Most of the pass  
had nice snow banks along the side that were not there during the  
summer...
