The reason you are getting these messages is that YOU SIGNED UP FOR 
THIS MAILING LIST.

You received a message when you signed up, further explaining what 
the list was about, and how to unsub if desired.

Furthermore, each message has headers showing how to change or unsub.

Many of us, including myself, are at NAB this week.  We do not sit by 
the computer all day long, waiting for people like you to post a note 
to thousands of people that you don't want to be on a list you signed 
up for. Please think about these things, and HOW WOULD YOU LIKE IT if 
everyone on this list sent you a message telling you how they do not 
appreciate your posts...  Would you appreciate a couple of thousand 
messages in your inbox?

Of course, it is also possible that you actually are unqualified to 
operate a computer, and ought to just turn it off and do something else.
