Is ALBANY BROADCASTING Top 40/Rhythmic WAJZ (JAMZ 96.3)/ALBANY having 
signal issues? Listeners reportedly are hearing another signal or 
transmission bleeding into 96.3 about every 10-15 minutes.  Does WAJZ 
have real engineering issues or is this a fun radio stunt?  Stay tuned...
