[BC] Outlook question

I've never used Outlook, so this may be wrong, but..........
if it is like OE, you can export the address book to a floppy, then import it into Outlook
(in fact, it is not a bad idea to export your address book to a FD every month or so,
'just in case'; also your 'Favorites' list from IE)
I have tried without success to transfer e-mails to an archive folder, to a second HD, all
without success
there is probably a freeware program out there somewhere to do that
