[BC] Audio Delay Device/Circuit

Wow!  Sorta like Ronald Reagan's famous broadcasts of the UPI wire meets 
modern tech!

How about sound effects recordings on a real or virtual cart?  Crowd 
noise on a loop, say 5-6 minutes, with the appropriate crack, swoosh, 
kawappa, etc., ready to punch in on cue.  You could even have a randomly 
- played hot dog, candy / snack, and/or beer vendor hawking in the 
background from time to time... (selling your sponsor's product, at that!)
