[BC] Free Orban Loudness Meter for Windows now available

First one to point this out. It works perfectly now. I couldn't believe 
Bob's meter wouldn't work on any of the four computers I have on my LAN. I 
figured if I waited long enough I'd get an answer. Thanks Grady and thanks 
Bob for a nice utility.
