[BC] Free Orban Loudness Meter for Windows now available

Well here it crashes on start; and says it's generating an error log.
Where does it hide it?

Running Win2K on an AMD Athlon at 1.2 GHz; 623 MB RAM.  TWO sound 
cards, both running normally.  "Preferred device" is the Soundblaster.

Maybe it just doesn't like AMDs?
