[BC] Free Orban Loudness Meter for Windows now available

That would be great - if it could run on Win2K and/or Linux.....

I won't be installing xP, nor <shudder> Vista... for one they phone home 
a lot.  For another, they tend to (especially Vista) not allow 
multimedia files to play properly, even if they were acquired 
legitimately.  Nope; once Win2K goes bust (see also US Navy won't 
upgrade past Win2k, either!), I'll be hunting for Penguins... or maybe 
just stop by the orchard....
