The uW can be licensed under the CARS rules and by the cable
company. The license can not be in the name of the local access channel.
Be VERY careful about the channels selected. The 2/2.5 Ghz channels
are undergoing a MAJOR repositioning due to MSS and Nextel's spectrum
re-allocations and are going digital. So analog equipment will be
obsolete minute one.
I would contact a consultant familiar with this type of service to
guide you. CARS is a straight forward use like broadcast. And there
are some channels available exclusively for CARS as well.
