[BC] Box stores get hit with fines

I recall telling a new sales wonk at Circuit City that they were in 
violation of the rules. He argued with me and said all they needed 
was a sign at the entrance about the digital change. I told him all 
analog receivers had to be labeled as the FCC states "on or near" the 
receiver. I take "near" to mean on the price tag below the unit, not 
at the store's entrance.

He also informed me that I needed only a 720p monitor/receiver 
because no one was broadcasting anything higher than 720. I don't 
think he knew the difference between 1080i and 1080p.

It's going to be a bumpy road.
