[BC] Console suggestions

I've got two Arrakis 1200 and two 12000 in my station group and 
they're adequate boards if not abused..

The most frequent problem in both types is the lamps burning out in 
the switches.  If you're buying either a 1200 or a 12000 make sure 
that it's a Revision "C" and not an "A".

The "A" uses the old Analog Devices SSM2013 voltage controlled 
amplifier chips which are no longer in production.  The only source 
for them is Arrakis as they bought up all the inventory from AD.

They want $24+ per chip plus a $30.00 handling fee on each and every 
order.
