[BC] Voicetracking that sounds so good...

A friend told me this story a few weeks ago and I wanted to share it with you.

His station, where he's the Promotions and Sales Director, is live 
and local in Morning Drive then utilizes Waitt Radio Networks the 
rest of the day, and their "localization" voicetracking. Instead of 
coming live off the satelitte, it's voicetracked.

Anyways, he's in a Top 50 to 100 Market, which is about 45 mintues 
from a Top 50 market. Their voicetrakcing sounds so good, that one 
day, a long time jock who got let go in the Top 50 Market called my 
friends Top 100 Market station and said, "Can I speak to Kevin 
Conners? I'd like to inquire about employment" (that's not exactly 
how the conversation went, but it was the point of the phone call)

Kevin Conners is the Waitt Radio Network jock in Omaha. The 
voicetracking sounded so good, the pro didn't know!
