[BC] Bad DA patterns

WICH 1310 Norwich CT has a sorta bad pattern. It has a lobe to the 
Northwest by day but most of it's day signal is going Souteast and 
East with 3 towers and 5000 Watts.

At night, it's still 5000 Watts with 3 towers, but ther eis almost no 
signal to the Northwest towards Colchester.  You can be driving down 
the highway headed towards Norwich, be able to see their 3 lit tower 
and get a way less then stellar signal from them.
