Maybe they all need a VAS-ectomy. Then some of a testosterone floating
about might decline and some civility and meeting of the minds can come
back into society. There will always be some wing-nuts of either thread
on the fringe. It's when the majority of the populace goes that direction
that wings get even bigger and the standard hex nut of the middle
looses. You need not be an intellectual to see that.... Just look at what
the FCC has done the past 20 years....

The Middle East is another great example. Iraq was a melting pot it seems
despite Saddam's absolute rule. It had the Shei, Suni and Kurds all living
in a rather tranquil environment..under tyranny. Suni and Shei often shared
neighborhoods. That was until the invasion. Now the Suni's with Iran's
backing is battling the Shei with the Saudi backing. Baghdad and the whole
of Iraq are now divided into three divergent and power hungry
"states". Which is the reason US troops won't be leaving anytime soon no
matter who is elected in November.

Once the Prez-elect is given the same daily briefings which Bush also
receives, their rhetoric will quickly change....just watch. Our troops are
there for a while. Diplomacy will be what brings home the troops and
stabilizes the region.

Now draw a parallel...lefties V rightes here. The moderates are being
flogged because of the "powers that are" in business and politics are not
in the middle anymore.
