But, trust me on this: The guy CAN be traced through his eBay account. I
think I had to provide four or five easily traceable methods of contact and
payment for my account, there. If the item is listed on eBay, the person CAN
be traced (unless they've somehow pilfered someone else's username and
password, in which case the person who actually owns the account would be
collecting payment on anything sold and, as a consequence, it would not be
logical to list an item while knowing that someone else would be paid for
the sale).

Unless, that is, I'm overlooking something.

The town (and situation) in which I find myself has taught me to be very
blunt and to the point with questions such as this. If I've learned anything
at all from this place it's that "guessing" is not a valid method of
determining the correct answer to a question.
