And the Peter Dahl replacements had taps, too.
bet I worked on three dozen of these and only saw
208. they were just coming out with the 1H when I
left and only worked on a few of them. 

T and G had no recycle. Just dumped you off when
you had a modulation peak overload. Something
with a lot of base would do it. Many folks
bypassed the O/L relay (bad!). Saw one loose a
mod transformer in Missouri cause of this. And
another in MO had a Varriac on the primary of the
plate transformer so they could back down the 250
to 208 (customer add on and a good but expensive
idea).
