And one consultant I respected said "If/When you get into a 
listener's head, grab hold of their mind and they're yours."  Which 
is really true if you look at who is REALLY successful at reaching 
and capturing listeners attention.  People who just blather talk into 
a mic do nothing for their listeners.  People who COMMUNICATE 
effectively reach much deeper and keep them.

PPM will most certainly show this to be case with next to real time 
listener metrics.  It's already being seen in markets which have it 
as currency.
