[BC] trouble with an old BC-1G need advice

Unfortunately, it sounds like the repairs have already cost about 50% or 
more, than a replacement would have. Add that to the decrease in 
operating cost and a replacement would have cost less in a year. That is 
of course after making sure their was a good 50j0 load at the TX.
