[BC] Broadcast Tools WVRC-8

Does anybody have a Broadcast Tools WVRC-8 remote control in service?  I 
purchased one based on many good experiences with Broadcast Tools 
products and got it installed yesterday and working well at a station I 
built about 150 miles from home.  It has some really cool features and 
is a lot of bang for the buck.  Everything worked great while I was 
standing in front of the unit using my cell phone to test it.  Today, 
not even 24 hours later, I can't get it to respond to my access code.  I 
don't feel think it got scrambled because I left the factory greeting 
and it is OK and the number of rings to answer is the same number of 
rings that I programmed.  Since that is different from the default, and 
I know that entry wasn't corrupted, I'm wondering what's up.  I'd hate 
to think that it's dead in the water and the only way I'd know for sure 
is to drive back and check.  If it's a dud I know they'll replace it, 
after all, it is under warranty.  I'm not mad at Broadcast Tools, just 
really stumped.  Any ideas?  Anybody?
