 Kinda sorta depends on line tolerance, bridge tolerance,
 operator error, and line length.
 It could be off by considerably more than thought, which simply confirms
 that all is not as it appears to be, most likely tolerance limits, and
 extrapolations.

 If the ATU is not 50+j0 and connected to 50 ohm line, then there can
 be a point, depending on line length, where 50+j0 will appear.
 What we can know with certainty, is that it will NOT be a multiple
 of 90 degrees.
