Coming back from the courthouse this morning, I was listening to XM's 
Escape channel (78) and heard two back-to-back instrumentals by the 
John Fox Orchestra.   Wouldn't (or shouldn't) XM's music scheduling 
system allow for artist protection as well as song title? -- or 
perhaps it isn't important with the format?
